Dear Friends of First Night,
Ocean City’s First Night Organization works year around to keep the
celebration fresh and entertaining. We constantly evaluate our programs,
add new features and fine-tune repeat performances.
This year, for instance, the Fabulous Grease Band, one of the most colorful
and popular vocal groups on the East Coast, will entertain.
Charles Thomas and the Drifters return by popular demand. Thomas is the
original lead singer of the legendary group and a member of the Rock and
Roll Hall of Fame.
The rides will be open at Wonderland Pier, always a popular feature of First
Night and of course there will be fireworks at midnight. You will be treated
to many enjoyable performances geared to every age group and well worth
the $14 admission price.
